Hope you’re doing well and staying safe in this weird times we find are selves in.


In a world that seems to have got more confusing every year, how are we supposed to progress in our life’s or careers. Now in 2020 to make lives worse we have COVID-19 and a global pandemic.

In this uncertain time more than ever we need clarity. I will not try to Solve every problem in this Journal entry it would be a very Long post. Instead, I will try to give YOU Some advice on a subject I know a-lot about. Marketing, with a Lot of industries having been turned up side Down, with a-lot of companies stopping To changing their normal operations.

With a-lot more pressure on the marketing and sales teams to Drive more Leads and convert them. So today Let’s talk about How these teams can simplify there over complicated marketing thought process, its very easy to read the endless feed of marketing posts online and get distracted from what you should be Doing.

Let’s start with the basics there are 3 Different stages in any marketing stack, and before you ask, I am not talking about funnels.

Marketing Stack Stages:

1st part of The Stack is input this is every thing that brings you traffic

2nd is throughput this is Anything that the inputs will see whether that be copy, website Landing pages or Email newsletters

3rd is output this is your sales or conversion whether that is a sales call, a proposal or a closing the Deal meeting.

Now Let’s go on to making it simpler and where to start. What to do is a big question in a lot of marketers and business owners heads right now.

So Let’s Break it Down into a nice formula. If it Dose not increase these three things then DON’T DO IT.

An Easy Formula To Follow

  • 1st if it Does not increase customers — Don’t Do it
  • 2nd if it Does not increase frequency of purchases — Don’t do it
  • 3rd if it Does not increase average order value — Don’t do it

So if you follow This simple formula it will simplify what your team Does and when they Do it. Which will save your company time, money but also give you clarify.
